Melania Trump Hosts Exclusive White House Film Screening

Washington: Melania Trump hosted a special film screening at the White House, offering a preview of a new documentary chronicling her life during the 20 days leading up to President Donald Trump's second inauguration.

According to Thai News Agency, the film, titled "Melania," is scheduled for a worldwide release on January 30th. Saturday's screening was the first time the President, his family, and close friends viewed the full documentary. The film provides a unique behind-the-scenes look at the First Lady's activities during her husband's second term, featuring footage from the inauguration day in January 2025.

The documentary, produced by Mark Beckman, advisor and representative to the First Lady, showcases her role as an advisor to the president. It highlights a significant moment where she urged him to emphasize "peacemaker and uniter" in his inaugural speech. Beckman, who led a $40 million deal with Amazon's MGM Studios, emphasized that the film focuses on the First Lady's personal and creative direction rather than politics.

In addition to her life in the White House, the film covers her fashion preferences, diplomatic missions, and interactions with the Secret Service. It also captures lighthearted moments that reflect President Trump's sense of humor. A continuing documentary series is expected later this year, highlighting her mission to support children in foster care.

Before the film's theater release next week, the President and First Lady will attend its premiere on Thursday at the newly renamed Trump-Kennedy Center. To further promote the film, Melania Trump is scheduled to ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
