Bangkok: The Ministry of Education has announced the launch of "Traffy EDU," an innovative application designed to report incidents and protect the rights, freedoms, and mental health of students. This app is part of a broader effort to closely monitor potential dangers faced by students.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Prasert Chantarawong, the Minister of Education, detailed the development and operational readiness of the Traffy EDU application. This initiative was introduced as a direct response to an incident at Thepsirin Nonthaburi School. The app serves as a reporting channel for the Center for the Protection of Rights and Liberties, providing immediate assistance to children, teachers, and parents. Traffy EDU addresses six key dimensions: rights, freedoms, and human dignity; violence, harassment, and abuse; mental health and risks; digital threats and information security; threats from the social environment and external factors; and disasters, accidents, and physical insecurity. Users can access the app by scanning the Traffy EDU QR code, ensuring prompt assistance and support.
