As for those who will join the project, their names must be in the house registration, be Thai nationals, be 16 years old or older before September 16, 2018, have an income not exceeding 840,000 baht for the 2023 tax year, have deposits with commer cial banks and specialized financial institutions totaling not more than 500,000 baht, with deposits in baht only, and the eligibility verification date is March 31, 2024, not be a person who is currently serving a prison sentence, not have their rights suspended or have been requested to return money in other government projects, and not be a person who violates the conditions of other government projects. For those who will join the project, they are divided into 2 groups: those with smartphones and those without smartphones. For the group with smartphones for the general public, register between August 1 and September 15, 2024 via the "Tang Rat" application. There is no limit on the number of people who will participate in exercising their rights. If you are fully qualified, you can join the project, which the government has estimated at 45-50 million people. As for the group of people who do not have smartphones, they will register and verify their identity through the specified channels from September 16 to October 15, 2024, which will check their personal status and address according to their ID card, just like the smartphone group. As for spending in the project, it will be done through their ID card, with more restrictions on stores than the group that registered for the project via the smartphone system. The purchase conditions between the public and the store can be used in small stores, small convenience stores, excluding department stores, and face-to-face trading. As for trading between stores, it can be used in different areas. In this regard, spending between people and shops will occur with small shops, including small convenience stores, excluding large department stores, wholesale and retail stores at the national and local levels. In purchasing goods, if people have a registered address in a district, they must purchase goods from shops in the same district only. And it must be a face-to-face transaction, with the shop's address checked according to the people's registered address when purc hasing goods, so it is complete. Shopping malls can buy and sell goods between each other. There is no requirement that it must be face-to-face, so they can buy and sell goods between each other even if they are in different areas.
