Mr. Trirat further explained that flooding in Hat Yai has severely disrupted communications due to power outages announced by the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), which have impacted cell sites. In response, the NBTC has collaborated with mobile service providers to deploy additional power generators and mobile trucks from Nakhon Si Thammarat Province to sustain communication services.

Moreover, NBTC Regions 4 and 41 have liaised with the Amateur Radio Network to facilitate flood disaster alerts and relief operations, including disseminating situational updates and travel routes for rescue teams and coordinating with the Sai Lom Center, a radio communications network.
