Appearing mid-way through the two-hour broadcast, the young artist was introduced with a montage of commentary from international online influencers highlighting her past performances and street busking videos.

According to Thai News Agency, for her live performance, Nene Royal delivered an alternative rock rendition of the 1990s grunge track "Black Hole Sun," originally by Chris Cornell. The arrangement contrasted her soft off-stage persona with a vocal performance combining melodic tones and intense rasps.

Following the performance, the three-member judging panel-with Simon Cowell absent due to a medical appointment-joined the audience in a standing ovation. Judge Howie Mandel suggested the network award her the top prize, while Sofia Vergara stated the contestant had a strong chance of winning the competition.

Guest judge Mel B, who had delivered critical assessments to earlier contestants throughout the evening, exercised the episode's sole Golden Buzzer to send Nene Royal directly to the final round without relying on viewer votes.
