Bangkok:"Nong Tanjai" has been widely praised on social media for her selfless act of support towards flood victims. She volunteered her public holiday to prepare and distribute over 25,000 meal boxes to those affected by the floods.
According to Thai News Agency, "Nong Tanjai," an officer from the Office of the Minister attached to the Prime Minister, Ms. Suksomruay Wantaniyakul, devoted her day off, as designated by the Cabinet's resolution, to assist at the relief center in Khan Na Yao District. Her efforts were focused on preparing food for distribution to flood victims in Bangkok, with a remarkable output of 25,000 meal boxes per day.
In a statement, she emphasized the importance of serving fellow citizens even on holidays, highlighting that each meal box is prepared with dedication to provide both nourishment and encouragement to those facing difficulties. She expressed gratitude to members of the Bhumjaithai Party for their financial contributions, which were crucial in continuing this mission.
