NTF Intergroup to Begin Trading on MAI Exchange in December

Bangkok: NTF Intergroup (Thailand) Public Company Limited (NTF) is set to commence trading on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) under the Agriculture and Food Industry sector on December 16th.

According to Thai News Agency, NTF will trade using the ticker symbol ‘NTF’, marking a significant step for the company which specializes in selling premium-grade fresh fruit for export and domestic sale.

NTF focuses on high-quality raw materials that adhere to Food Safety standards, collaborating with experienced packing houses and wholesalers for packaging and exporting. The company targets key markets, including wholesalers in Shanghai and Guangzhou, China, and is expanding into Hong Kong and the United States. Durian, coconut, and longan are among the primary fruits sold, with durian accounting for more than 90% of the company’s revenue. The majority of NTF’s durian is sourced from Thailand’s eastern and southern regions, ensuring year-round availability. In the first nine months of 2025, 95% of NTF’s revenue came from durian exports, primarily to 15 clients in China.

Mr. Wichai Siramanakul, CEO of NTF, emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering quality products on time, which is essential for maintaining partner trust and building a memorable brand among consumers. The funds from the IPO will be used for production equipment, repaying loans, and working capital for business expansion.

NTF’s IPO will see the company offering shares at 6 baht each, raising 360 million baht and resulting in a market capitalization of 1,200 million baht. The IPO pricing reflects a price-to-earnings ratio of approximately 5.7 times, based on net profit from the past four quarters. KGI Securities (Thailand) is serving as the financial advisor and lead underwriter for the offering.

Post-IPO, major shareholders include Mr. Wichai Siramanakul and his family with 42.55%, Mr. Isra Phuwichienchai and family with 26.55%, and Ms. Oraporn Sridang with 3%. NTF has a policy to pay dividends of no less than 40% of net profit after corporate income tax and reserve allocations, in line with legal and company regulations.
