According to Thai News Agency, Police Major General Kiattikul Sonthinern, Commander of Metropolitan Police Division 2, revealed that the investigation team will hold a meeting today at approximately 4:30 PM to follow up on the progress of the investigation into the fire at the Na Ladprao Brewery. Currently, police have questioned over 140 individuals, including officials from the Chatuchak District Office, who played a role in granting permission for the restaurant to operate. Initially, the district office officials are compiling documents related to the permit application and restaurant inspection to submit to the investigators as supporting evidence.

Regarding the shop's representatives, the police have already questioned the owner's sister and some of the shop employees. The owner, who sustained serious injuries, remains to be questioned. Investigators will question her once doctors assess that she is able to give a statement. Currently, no charges have been filed against anyone, but the police are working diligently to cover all aspects of the case. They are reviewing CCTV footage received from the forensic science division and considering other relevant evidence. If any wrongdoing is found linking anyone to the incident, legal action will be taken against both the shop owner and those who neglected their duties or failed to strictly enforce business regulations. The police are requesting time to complete their investigation. The investigation team meets daily at approximately 4:30 PM to monitor progress.
