Bangkok:Oysri has taken legal action by filing a report with the Crime Suppression Division, urging an investigation into the Good Deeds Organization Foundation, chaired by Boom Panadda, for alleged fund misuse.

According to Thai News Agency, Oysri, known for her "Oysri and Friends" Facebook page, along with her lawyer, Win, has accused the foundation of mismanaging donations, potentially using them for personal projects such as building a pool villa in Phuket. Oysri insists that Boom Panadda must provide evidence to counter these claims and is determined to pursue the matter until it is resolved.

Attorney Win has outlined charges for investigation, citing fraud against the public, breaches of the Computer Crime Act, and money laundering, all of which are serious offenses. With four victims already stepping forward, a detailed investigation is ongoing. The case is expected to be presented to the Prime Minister, the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO), and Parliament in the coming week.
