Pantep Uncovers Irregularities in Lawyer Tum’s 71 Million Lottery App Contract.

Bangkok: Mr. Pantep Puaphongphan, a prominent media figure and Dean of the College of Oriental Medicine at Rangsit University, has brought to light significant irregularities in the case involving Lawyer Tum. According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Pantep has highlighted potential submission of false evidence by Lawyer Tum to investigators, particularly concerning a contract related to a 71 million baht fraud in the development of an online lottery sales application. Lawyer Tum, who acted as an intermediary, allegedly presented a contract with missing signatures and suspicious blank spaces, raising concerns about possible amendments without the knowledge of involved parties.

The contract in question, lacking signatures on every page and devoid of required stamp duty, was allegedly signed on separate sheets by the involved parties, a violation of legal norms. This oversight could have allowed Lawyer Tum to alter contract terms without consent. Concerns are further compounded by doubts around Clause 1 of the contra
ct, which specifies an application fee of 2 million Euros. Questions remain whether this clause was deleted in the documents submitted to authorities. Mr. Pantep calls for police scrutiny of the original contract, suspecting potential false information submission.

Additionally, the issue extends to a disputed will, with suspicions of a concealed will no. 1.5 where Lawyer Tum is named executor of Madam Oi’s estate. Police are urged to investigate Lawyer Tum’s premises for the existence of this document, fearing its misuse in future legal contests despite the existence of a civil will by Madam Oi.

Further scrutiny is requested on Lawyer Tum’s associates, including his sisters and an individual named Dao, implicated in a suspicious 20 million baht transfer. Dao’s financial activities, evidenced by 50 million baht in her account, are under question. Authorities are urged to probe the financial trail and Dao’s role in the transaction, with a warning that her status could shift from witness to co-defendant if non
-cooperative.

Lastly, involvement of another sister, Or, is under suspicion due to familial connections orchestrated by Lawyer Tum. Mr. Pantep emphasized that Madam Oi, now in France, trusts the Central Investigation Bureau to uncover the truth and publicize the details, ensuring justice prevails in this complex case surrounding Lawyer Tum.
