This event, branded as "M7 Present Pattaya United," marks the club's commitment to new goals and strengthening its team.
According to Thai News Agency, the event featured a Q and A session with the club's executives and partners. Mr. Chokchai Tespapan, the President of Pattaya United, emphasized the club's aspirations for the upcoming season, focusing on strengthening the team with experienced players. The aim is to position Pattaya United as one of the leading football clubs in Thailand and compete for promotion to the top league.
Mr. Narongrit Sapcharoen from M7 Sportswear highlighted the collaboration with Pattaya United and the unique concept behind the new kit. The design aims to reflect the identity of Pattaya United and the essence of Pattaya city, serving as a symbol for the club, players, and fans. The jerseys, priced at 590 baht, blend modern design with practicality for field use.
Pattaya Mayor Parames Ngampicheth discussed the city's support for sports and tourism, seeing Pattaya United as integral to the city's vibrancy. He expressed hope for the completion of the Eastern Regional Stadium, which could potentially serve as Pattaya United's future home ground. Meanwhile, Mr. Winai Inphithak, Mayor of Nong Prue Municipality, announced a funding initiative to upgrade the lighting system of the Nong Prue Municipal Stadium, aiming to elevate it to a high standard for football competitions.
The club also acknowledged the support of its sponsors, with Mr. Sukhtep Chansrichawara of Mitr Thai Insurance Public Company Limited presenting a sponsorship plaque. The event concluded with the showcase of the new kits, highlighted by the introduction of Meriton Shabani, a former Bayern Munich youth player, along with veteran team members. Pipop Onmo continues in his role as head coach, as the team prepares for the upcoming season.
