Bangkok: "Peeraphan" called for support for the "Ratchasongkhla" constituency, emphasizing its role as a significant force to counter monopolistic capital.

According to Thai News Agency, Peerapan highlighted the importance of the National Security Council (NSC) as a crucial entity in this battle. In a related development, Attawich voiced concerns about a potential referendum, emphasizing the risks it poses to the monarchy.

The Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party (RTSCP), led by Mr. Peerapan Salirathavipak, the party leader and prime ministerial candidate, along with Mr. Atthawich Suwannabhakdi, deputy party leader and another prime ministerial candidate, conducted their final campaign in Bangkok before the upcoming election.

Mr. Peerapan emphasized that the election transcends the simplistic dichotomy of choosing between blue and orange, as commonly perceived. He positioned the Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party as a primary choice, prepared to serve the citizens. He urged voters to follow their convictions rather than resorting to strategic voting, which he argued would not serve the country's long-term interests.

Mr. Peerapan articulated the party's agenda, particularly on restructuring the energy sector, pledging that the Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party will oppose capitalists aiming to monopolize the nation. He encouraged voters to support the party for improvements in livelihoods and fair energy pricing.

Meanwhile, Mr. Atthawich Suwannaphakdee addressed the issue of a proposed referendum. He clarified the party's opposition to a referendum on a new constitution draft, citing potential impacts on monarchy-related chapters, which are sensitive and integral to the nation's stability.

Mr. Atthawich also reminded voters of potential delays on election day, February 8th, due to the expected high turnout and additional referendum procedures. He advised voters to allocate ample time for casting their votes.
