Bangkok: Peggy Srithanya admits she’s had to consult a psychiatrist after being sued by her ex-lover for dividing up her assets. After singer and comedian Peggy Srithanya tearfully opened up about receiving a court summons from an ex suing her for the division of her assets, she was shocked to the point of freezing her hands and body, feeling like it had all been over for a long time. She said she hadn’t spoken out or said anything negative about the breakup. She had tried to cope with it, believing herself to be strong. However, she developed panic attacks and felt she couldn’t take it anymore. She sought treatment until she felt better. However, just as she was starting to feel better, the issue resurfaced, and she felt sorry for herself.
According to Thai News Agency, most recently, yesterday (December 1, 2015), Peggy posted a chat conversation with a psychiatrist on her Facebook page, along with the message, “In summary, tonight I’m talking to a psychiatrist… I’ve never cried this much while talking to a therapist. Thank you, Phi Som, from Khui Zaap, for contacting the doctor for me. I’m trying to be strong, but in the end, being strong doesn’t help.” Amidst fans coming in droves to give Peggy encouragement.
