Bangkok: The People's Party has announced the postponement of their press conference initially set to discuss the status of 44 former MPs from the Move Forward Party. The event, originally scheduled for today, will now take place at 3:30 PM on Friday, in conjunction with the party's general meeting.
According to Thai News Agency, the decision to reschedule the press conference was influenced by an interview given by Mr. Nattapong Ruangpanyawut, leader of the People's Party. He had previously communicated plans to unveil the legal strategy concerning the 44 MPs on April 22nd at the Parliament building. However, the People's Party opted to delay the announcement to Friday, April 24th, 2026. This adjustment is intended to ensure the press conference is conducted with comprehensive information available, as it coincides with the anticipated court ruling on the same day.
