According to Thai News Agency, Pep Guardiola made 10 changes to his side from the 2-1 defeat to Newcastle in the Premier League, with only Nico Gonzalez starting against Leverkusen. The German side emerged as 2-0 winners thanks to goals from Alex Grimaldo and Patrik Schick.
