According to Thai News Agency, General Tharaphong Malakham, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, along with Vice Admiral Natthaphol Diaowanich, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, and their delegation, visited key military installations in Ubon Ratchathani Province. Their itinerary included Air Force Base 21 and the Suranaree Task Force at Hill 741 (Chong Bok) and the remote operational base (Chong An Ma) in Nam Yuen District. The visit aimed to monitor the security situation, review operational results, identify challenges, and collect suggestions from various military units. This information is crucial for policy development and enhancing military capabilities to ensure preparedness for all scenarios.
