Bangkok: Pheu Thai Party unveils its MP candidates, with Paethongtarn presenting her vision on October 7th.
According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Khattiya Sawatdipol, a party-list MP and deputy spokesperson for the Pheu Thai Party, addressed Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul’s announcement to dissolve Parliament within four months without any ambiguity. She stated that the Pheu Thai Party is fully prepared for the election, whether it is within or before the four-month deadline.
On October 7th, the party will launch a campaign called “Reshape Pheu Thai, Reshape Thailand.” The campaign will feature the introduction of prospective Pheu Thai MP candidates, and Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, as party leader, will also present her vision. She invites the public to follow the event on the Pheu Thai Party’s Facebook and YouTube channels. This marks another beginning for the Pheu Thai Party, reflecting its commitment to reshaping the party and Thailand simultaneously.
Ms. Khattiya stated that the Pheu Thai Party has never rejected criticism. She emphasized that the party listens to all voices, whether from within the party or outside it. For Pheu Thai, all feedback is considered a goodwill gesture. The party is currently gathering all opinions, studying them, and learning from them to improve its operations. This approach aims to ensure that the party, a long-established political institution, offers the public greater hope.
