Pheu Thai Party’s Campaign in Saraburi Highlights Pork Noodle Soup Skills

Saraburi: "Yotchanan and Suriya" campaign in Saraburi province, showcasing their skills in making pork noodle soup. They received a warm welcome from the locals, who affectionately called them "Handsome Mayor" and presented them with garlands and local specialties like curry puffs. They vowed to transform Saraburi for the better, pushing policies to promote trade and increase the value of agricultural products.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Yotsanu Wongsawat, Pheu Thai Party's prime minister candidate, along with Mr. Suriya Jungrungruangkit, the party's election director and prime minister candidate, and Mr. Prasert Chantruangthong, the party's secretary-general, visited Saraburi and Nakhon Ratchasima provinces. The delegation included other notable Pheu Thai Party members, such as Mr. Suksit Srijomkhwan and Mr. Anucha Nakasai, among others.

The campaign kicked off at Suebsiri Market in Mueang District, Saraburi Province, where Mr. Yotchanan and his team rallied support for Mr. Taweejit Pattachana and Mr. Sombat Amnaka, local candidates for the Pheu Thai Party. The team engaged with vendors and shoppers, paying respects at the Phra Chai Mongkol Shrine for good fortune. The warm reception from the public included gifts of roses, garlands, and the famous Saraburi curry puffs.

Throughout the campaign, Mr. Yotchanan's presence drew attention, with many locals expressing admiration for him and pledging their support for the Pheu Thai Party. The team also visited Wat Kaeng Khoi, where they paid homage to Luang Pho La and engaged in a religious discussion with the abbot, who blessed Mr. Yotchanan and presented him with a statue for good fortune.

Mr. Yotsanu and his team continued their campaign at the Kaeng Khoi morning market, interacting with vendors and shoppers while promoting the Pheu Thai Party's policies, such as the potential introduction of a 10,000 baht digital wallet to stimulate the economy. They emphasized the party's commitment to promoting trade and increasing the value of local products, including herbs, to benefit the community.

The campaign concluded with Mr. Yotchanan enjoying a breakfast of pork noodle soup at Aunt Kiang's noodle shop, where he demonstrated his culinary skills and connected with the locals over a shared meal.
