Power Supply Restored in Bang Pu After Container Truck Incident

Bangkok: The power supply in Bang Pu has been restored and is functioning normally. The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announced that the fallen power pole in Bang Pu has been repaired and power has been restored to normal.

According to Thai News Agency, MEA is urgently removing more than 70 broken electricity poles resulting from yesterday's incident where a container truck snagged communication cables, causing numerous poles to fall along Sukhumvit Road in Bang Pu. New poles and equipment are being installed to ensure the stability and reliability of the power supply.

The work was completed, and power was restored to all users at 1:40 AM today. The swift response and repair efforts by the MEA have ensured minimal disruption to the residents and businesses in the affected area.
