Chonburi: The Prime Minister is preparing for an urgent flight to Chonburi after completing work in Suphan Buri province regarding the case of the murder of two Russian siblings, which has affected the country's confidence.

According to Thai News Agency, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul is preparing to travel to Chonburi province to follow up on the case of the murder of the Russian siblings and the triple murder of their family. Reports indicate that the Prime Minister will attend a press conference summarizing the case and will visit the area to reassure the public, as this is a shocking crime that has affected the country's image.

During a visit to meet with the public in Suphan Buri province, Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul addressed the murder of the Russian national, stating that while there were auspicious events today, there was also an inauspicious event. Two Thais had committed a disgraceful act, tarnishing Thailand's reputation. He said he had to witness firsthand the horror of this crime. It wasn't just the murder of a foreigner or three fellow Thais; it was the murder of the entire nation. The trust we've built with foreign nations has been destroyed by individuals who appeared to lack sanity, having recently been released from prison, were drug addicts, and had committed crimes repeatedly. He had planned to meet with the Suphan Buri MPs this afternoon and visit various areas, but was ultimately unable to do so. He had to go to Chonburi to restore confidence. Those who have damaged the country to this extent must receive severe punishment, commensurate with the karma they have inflicted on the victims and the nation. He emphasized th at there will be no favoritism or assistance given to the perpetrators, and that they must receive their punishment swiftly. He apologized for not being able to remain in Suphan Buri.
