Bangkok: Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul has extended his congratulations to “Pro Gino” Atthaya, who has made Thailand proud by successfully defending her title at the LPGA CME Group Tour Championship. In a message shared on his personal Facebook page, Anutin expressed, “Congratulations to Gino Atthaya on winning the LPGA Championship for two consecutive years. What great news!”

According to Thai News Agency, the Prime Minister also expressed gratitude to Gino for bringing joy and pride to the Thai people and showcasing the potential of Thai athletes on the global stage. He emphasized that Gino’s achievements will serve as a significant source of inspiration for the youth of Thailand, encouraging them to aspire toward world-class excellence. Anutin plans to invite Gino, along with her family and coach, to the Government House upon her return to Thailand to personally thank and congratulate her. He also took the opportunity to extend his encouragement to all Thai athletes, honoring their contributions and efforts.
