Prime Minister Pays Tribute to Fallen Soldiers in Facebook Post

Bangkok: The Prime Minister has expressed his heartfelt condolences and respect for three soldiers who lost their lives defending Thailand’s sovereignty. In a poignant tribute, the Prime Minister assured the families of the fallen heroes that they will be well cared for in the aftermath of this tragedy.

According to Thai News Agency, the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Anutin Charnvirakul, took to his personal Facebook page at 3:58 PM to honor the soldiers’ sacrifice. He posted a message highlighting their bravery and commitment to the nation, stating: “I pay my respects to these three brave heroes who sacrificed their lives to protect the sovereignty of the Thai nation. I send my condolences to their families and promise to provide the best possible care for all family members. Their sacrifice will certainly not be in vain.”

The message was accompanied by an image of the Thai national flag and a poem reflecting on the ultimate sacrifice made by those who die for their homeland: “Born a Thai, not a slave; human life must surely end; if we must die, no death is like dying for our homeland.”
