Bangkok: The Prime Minister remained silent with the press, preparing to deliver his policy statement to Parliament. For the second consecutive day, the Prime Minister refrained from engaging with the media, opting instead to navigate through the security cordon to make his way into the meeting room where he would present the policy statement.
According to Thai News Agency, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul, accompanied by ministers from the Bhumjaithai Party, arrived at Parliament at 8:39 AM to present the government's policy statement. The Prime Minister appeared cheerful during his arrival.
Reporters posed questions to the Prime Minister regarding his feelings about the policy statement and energy issues. However, he declined to answer and instead chose to pay respects to a portrait of His Majesty the King before walking through the crowd of reporters into the meeting room.
