Bangkok: A nostalgic glimpse into the past has been unveiled through photographs released by the National Parks Bureau, Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation. These images capture memorable visits by Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavadi, Krom Luang Rajasarinisiripatchara Mahavajrarajathida, to some of Thailand's most cherished natural tourist attractions.
According to Thai News Agency, one of the standout photographs features Her Royal Highness at the Pa La-oo Waterfall in Kaeng Krachan National Park, Phetchaburi Province. This image, taken in January 2008, is a testament to her appreciation for Thailand's natural beauty. Another significant image showcases the "Three Thousand Year Old Pine Tree" at Phu Kradueng. This tree, planted during Her Royal Highness's visit in 1994, stands as a living memorial, having grown to a height of 6.9 meters over the decades.
The collection also includes an image from Her Royal Highness's visit to the Phu Foi Lom ecotourism project in Nong Saeng District, Udon Thani Province. This visit, which took place from January 31 to February 1, 2009, was under the supervision of the Office of Protected Area Management Region 10 (Udon Thani). These photographs not only celebrate the natural wonders of Thailand but also highlight the enduring connection between the royal family and the country's rich environmental heritage.
