Pruksa Holding Ventures into Home Construction Business to Capture 200 Billion Baht Market

Bangkok: Pruksa Holding has launched a new venture, “Plantnery by IHC,” under the operation of Inno Home Construction Co., Ltd. (IHC), targeting the expansive 200 billion baht home building market. The initiative emphasizes offering comprehensive services, highlighting strengths in rapid construction, quick move-in capabilities, and managing budget overruns, specifically targeting landowners.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Piya Prayong, Chief Executive Officer of Inno Home Construction, stated that Plantnery by IHC is designed to meet the needs of modern residents. The brand leverages the extensive experience of the Pruksa Group, which boasts over 30 years in the real estate sector. With a team of seasoned experts and affiliated businesses, Pruksa Group is well-equipped to support labor, construction materials, and construction innovations. This support enables the delivery of quality houses efficiently and on schedule, while economies of scale contribute to effective cost management, minimizing budget overruns.

Mr. Piya highlighted the current market gap in home construction, noting the absence of a one-stop service provider capable of ensuring high-quality builds within short timeframes. Plantnery by IHC aims to fill this void by offering oversight from experienced craftsmen, guaranteeing quality construction work and materials. Customers can choose from more than 100 house types or opt for designs tailored to their specifications and needs.

Plantnery by IHC also aligns with modern living trends, offering energy-saving and environmentally friendly features through “Inno-Solutions” innovations. These include cool house innovation, use of eco-friendly materials, support for Solar Cell installation, and innovations promoting clean air, PM2.5 protection, allergy reduction, and safety features for children and the elderly, alongside smart home technologies.

The construction business is projected to grow, with the private sector construction value exceeding 200,000 million baht. The company plans to focus on two primary customer groups: retail customers seeking to build houses or buildings with budgets ranging from 10-30 million baht, and corporate clients, including real estate developers, private companies, government agencies, and business partners in need of turnkey construction services.
