Bangkok: PTT Group joins forces to drive CG towards a sustainable future at PTT Group CG Day 2025 under the theme ‘ONE CG DRIVING SUSTAINABLE FUTURE FOR ALL’.

According to Thai News Agency, Dr. Kongkrapan Intarajang, President and Chief Executive Officer of PTT Public Company Limited (PTT), along with executives from PTT Group companies-including PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), Thai Oil Public Company Limited (TOP), IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC), Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC), and PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR)-have joined forces to promote business practices rooted in good corporate governance. The initiative was highlighted at the 17th PTT Group CG Day 2025, emphasizing the collective commitment of PTT Group to prioritize transparent business operations and actively combat corruption.

Dr. Kongkrapan emphasized the significant role PTT Group plays in economic development, energy security, and business growth in Thailand, alongside efforts to reduce greenhouse gases. He identified three essential areas: ensuring energy security, providing affordable and competitive access to energy, and maintaining sustainability. These objectives require transparent and accountable business practices, with corporate governance taking a central role in balancing stakeholder interests. To foster this, PTT Group has been consistently promoting knowledge exchange within its entities through platforms like the PTT Group CG Day.

The event also included a vision presentation by PTT Group executives on corporate governance for a sustainable future, along with a special lecture by Professor Emeritus Kitipong Urapipatanapong, Chairman of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Additionally, a CG contest for PTT Group employees, known as the ONE CG CHALLENGE, was held to enhance awareness of good corporate governance. The event was conducted in a hybrid format to accommodate the current work environment.
