Rajamanu Task Force and Border Patrol Police Capture 18 Filipinos for Illegal Entry

Phop phra: 'Task Force Rajamanu' and 'Border Patrol Police 346' arrested 18 Filipinos for illegally entering Thailand along the Moei River. They were handed over to Phop Phra Police Station for prosecution on charges of illegal immigration.

According to Thai News Agency, the Command Center of the Rajamanu Task Force, specifically the 423rd Infantry Company, collaborated with the 346th Border Patrol Police Company to conduct patrol missions in their designated area. During one of these patrols, officers noticed a suspicious individual near the Moei River at Ban Huai Nam Nak, Village No. 4, Phop Phra Subdistrict, Phop Phra District, Tak Province, prompting an investigation.

The inspection uncovered a group of 18 Filipino nationals, comprising 9 men and 9 women, who had entered the Kingdom of Thailand without the necessary permissions. Consequently, the officers detained all the foreign nationals and transferred them to the Phop Phra Police Station for further legal proceedings.
