Royal Thai Air Force Ready to Counter Third Conflict with Cambodia

Bangkok: The Royal Thai Air Force has expressed its readiness to handle a potential third conflict with Cambodia, focusing on mitigating threats from both drones and long-range missiles. Air Chief Marshal Seksan Kantha, the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force, underscored the Air Force's commitment to maintaining security across airspace and space.

According to Thai News Agency, Air Chief Marshal Kantha confirmed that while Thailand does not seek war, the Air Force is fully prepared to respond if tensions escalate with Cambodia. He highlighted the importance of the Air Force's role in ensuring security, especially amid concerns about potential missile and drone attacks. The Air Chief Marshal assured the public of the Air Force's robust warning, prevention, and countermeasure systems, designed to address both conventional and unconventional threats. He emphasized the continuous training and preparedness of the Royal Thai Air Force and the Royal Thai Armed Forces to effectively monitor, analyze, and counter any potential threats.
