Bangkok: Sena Development Public Company Limited has inaugurated the "SENA PARK GRAND RAMINDRA 2" project, creating a practical learning environment for architecture students from Chulalongkorn University. Over 150 faculty members and first-year students from the university's Architectural Materials and Construction course recently visited the construction site.
According to Thai News Agency, the field trip aimed to provide students with an understanding of the construction process at different stages, including structural work, engineering systems, and architectural details. The initiative is designed to lay a foundation for the students' future development in architectural design and drafting.
The 'SENA PARK GRAND RAMINDRA 2' project underlines Sena's pioneering vision as the first Thai real estate developer to incorporate solar panels in every house across its projects. It further advances the "SENA Zero Energy House" concept by being the inaugural premium single-family home project to feature a 7 kW solar cell system along with high-quality lithium-ion batteries, reducing energy consumption by up to 85%. The homes are equipped with EV chargers and support continuous clean energy use, highlighting a design approach that integrates clean energy technology with living to promote a low-carbon lifestyle. Sena remains dedicated to fostering practical learning and nurturing future professionals in architecture and real estate, with a firm belief that sustainable housing development begins with equipping today's generation with knowledge and experience.
