“Singha” injects additional 5.2 million in prize money for Olympic heroes

Singha Corporation injects additional money into the 2024 Olympic Games medal team, totaling 5.2 million baht. 'Nong Tennis' Panipak Wongpattanakit, the gold medalist in Taekwondo at the 2024 Olympic Games, along with 3 weightlifters from the 'Paris Games' team consisting of 'Fang' Theeraphong Silachai, silver medalist in the men's 61 kg category; 'Wave' Weerapol Wichuma, silver medalist in the men's 73 kg category; and 'Oil' Surajana Khambao, bronze medalist in the women's 49 kg category, met with Mr. Phurit Bhirombhakdi, CEO of Boon Rawd Brewery Co., Ltd., and Mr. Piti Bhirombhakdi, Deputy Managing Director, at the Singha Complex to thank them for their long-term support, such as supporting the Taekwondo Association of Thailand since 2005, the Weightlifting Association of Thailand since 2012, and the Boxing Association of Thailand since 2002, making them the 3 sports of hope in the Olympic Games. At the same time, Singha Corporation gave 1 million baht in prize money to the gold medalists, 500,000 baht to the silver medalists, and 300,000 baht to the bronze medalists, with the association receiving the same amount, totaling 5.2 million baht.
