Bangkok: The Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME D Bank) has launched a new service, 'SME D Connect,' to facilitate bank customers, both individuals and legal entities, in requesting receipts and invoices instantly via smartphone. This increases convenience and saves time by eliminating the need to travel. The service will be available from January 7, 2026 onwards.
According to Thai News Agency, the introduction of 'SME D Connect' marks a significant step forward in enhancing customer service at SME D Bank. The service aims to streamline the process of obtaining necessary documents, enabling users to manage their financial transactions more efficiently. By allowing access through smartphones, SME D Bank is leveraging technology to provide a practical solution for its clients, aligning with modern banking trends.
