According to Thai News Agency, the Pollution Control Department indicates that dust levels in Bangkok and the northern regions will continue to rise until December 11th. This situation has prompted the Prime Minister to engage in discussions with governors of the northern region to strategize on handling the escalating PM 2.5 dust levels.

In Bangkok, the first day of work-from-home measures has resulted in improved dust levels. However, the situation remains precarious, and authorities remain vigilant. Meanwhile, innovation is underway in Ratchaburi Province, where students have developed a ‘sludge suction machine’ to combat pollution-related issues.
