Recently, Mr. Somchai Srisutthiyakorn, former Election Commission (EC), posted on Facebook to respond in response to this case. Specify the message: “If you sue, they sue again, no matter what.” “I used to apply for MP, that's one of the qualifications. Ministerial qualifications are another qualification. Each section is different. You cannot claim that you applied for MP and had no problems. Read the constitution in its entirety before becoming an advisor to the Prime Minister.”
