Somdet Phra Maha Ratchamangkhun Muni (Somdet Thongchai), a member of the Supreme Sangha Council, the head of the Central Sangha, the assistant abbot of Wat Traimit Witthayaram, Mr. Plakorn Suwannarat, Privy Councilor, ministers, and MPs also joined the chanting ceremony. On August 6, 2024, General Surayud Chulanont, President of the Privy Council, will represent His Majesty in the royal cremation ceremony of Mrs. Chodchoi Taveesin. At 10:00 a.m., there will be a merit-making ceremony and offeri ng of lunch. Then at 1:30 p.m., there will be a chanting ceremony. At 2:30 p.m., there will be a coffin moving ceremony.
