Southern Singer’s Husband Commended for Heroic Efforts in Flood Relief

Bangkok: Jenny Ratchanok, a renowned southern country singer, has publicly praised her husband, Jew Chatmongkol, for his efforts in aiding flood victims in the southern region. She commended him for his dedication to the public good as he braved floodwaters to distribute essential goods to those affected by the disaster.

According to Thai News Agency, Jenny Ratchanok, also known by her stage name Jenny Dai Mod Ta Sod Cheun, highlighted her husband’s involvement in the relief efforts through a heartfelt post on her personal Facebook page. Jew Chatmongkol facilitated the delivery of 31 truckloads of consumer goods donated during the Jenny Festival, aimed at supporting the flood-stricken communities in the south. Jenny expressed her pride and gratitude for her husband’s commitment, noting that his decision to leave the police force was driven by a desire to help others beyond the confines of a uniform.

In her post, Jenny shared a photograph of Jew wading through the floodwaters and expressed how challenging it had been to maintain contact due to the conditions. She emphasized their coordinated efforts, with Jew on the ground and Jenny managing supplies, to ensure swift and precise assistance to those in need. Jenny mentioned that while she was able to rest, her husband had been tirelessly working, and despite the improving situation, Jew planned to return home that night due to illness and a longing for their son. She concluded by wishing him a safe journey back to their family, eagerly awaiting his return.
