Bangkok: Stamford International University brought together 1,226 international graduates from 32 countries worldwide to pay their respects to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit during its 26th graduation ceremony. Stamford International University will hold its 26th Graduation Ceremony on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at the BITEC Exhibition and Convention Center, Bangna, Bangkok. This year, a total of 1,226 graduates from 32 countries will receive doctoral, master’s, and bachelor’s degrees.

According to Thai News Agency, the important ceremony began with a tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, by Dr. Apithep Saekow, the Acting President of the University. He led the diplomatic corps to Thailand, members of the University Council, distinguished guests, faculty, alumni, and graduates from all levels in expressing their condolences and commemorating Her Majesty’s contributions to promoting education, improving quality of life, and fostering international cooperation. These contributions have been a significant inspiration to the university’s mission of continuously developing education and building global partnerships.

On the occasion of its 30th anniversary, the university held a graduation ceremony under the theme “Empower Graduates: Global Graduation, Global Change,” reflecting the belief that Stamford graduates will be a driving force in society with their knowledge, skills, and global perspective. This aligns with the university’s “4-I” mission: Internationality (enhancing internationalism through diverse cultural and learning environments), Industrial linkages (connecting knowledge with business and industry), Innovation (creative application of technology and innovation), and Integrity (cultivating ethics, morality, and social responsibility), molding graduates to be ready to enter the modern world and create positive change for Thailand and the global community.
