The State Railway of Thailand (SRT) confirms its full readiness to provide services to ensure that the public can travel home conveniently, quickly, and safely throughout the Songkran festival. At the same time, it requests cooperation from road users at level crossings to comply with safety measures, such as stopping vehicles at least 5 meters from the railway tracks, prohibiting overtaking other vehicles within 30 meters before reaching a railway crossing, and slowing down and ensuring that no train is approaching when seeing signs such as stop signs, cross-shaped warning signs "Beware of Trains," and amber rhombus-shaped signs with steam engines and barriers, in order to protect lives and property.
