Bangkok: In a surprising turn of events, Saint Suppapong has stepped down from his role as president of Idol Factory, transferring all his shares back to the company. This development marks a significant shift for Idol Factory Co., Ltd., a well-known production company behind popular series.

According to Thai News Agency, this change comes on the heels of Freen and Becky’s recent departure from their contracts with Idol Factory. The company released an official statement confirming Mr. Supapong Udomkaewkanjana’s resignation and his decision to relinquish all his shares to the company and its subsidiaries. With this, the leadership mantle now passes to Mr. Kachen Sodpho, Chairman of the Board of Directors, who will take charge of the company’s strategic direction.

Mr. Kachen Sodpho is expected to manage the company with a focus on good governance, transparency, and operational efficiency. Idol Factory is in the process of updating the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, about this change in management and shareholding structure, as per legal requirements. The company expressed gratitude to its supporters and emphasized that the transition aims to strengthen the organization, promoting transparency and sustainable growth.
