Bangkok: Suvarnabhumi Airport is spreading holiday cheer by distributing 1,200 reindeer-themed travel kits to passengers for Christmas and New Year. The airport is organizing a festive event from December 24-25, 2025, to create a joyful and memorable atmosphere for travelers.
According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Paweena Jariyathitipong, Acting President and CEO of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited, along with Mr. Kittipong Kittikhachorn, Director of Suvarnabhumi Airport, and other executives, handed out travel kits to departing passengers in the passenger hall on the 4th floor.
A major attraction during the event was a giant reindeer plush toy that entertained passengers by moving along the baggage claim conveyor belt. Passengers from Etihad Airways flight EY406 from Abu Dhabi and Jetstar Airways flight JQ029 from Melbourne, at conveyor belts 11-12 on the second floor, were greeted with this delightful surprise, which was met with smiles and appreciation.
Additionally, the airport distributed over 1,200 reindeer plush toys to international arriving passengers on six flights over the two-day celebration. This gesture aims to symbolize travel, happiness, and warmth during the festive season.
