Bangkok: Tammy orchestrates the grand 100 Plus Thai Tennis League 2026, with a significant number of tennis players competing for a half-million baht prize in pursuit of the "Mixed Team Champion" title. The press conference, conducted by Mr. Rojanasit Meenichsin, Assistant Director of Sports at Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, was held at the Meta 1 Room, Sports Clubhouse, Ratchaphruek Club.
According to Thai News Agency, the press conference saw participation from notable figures such as Colonel Wattana Chanpaichit, Executive Director of the Lawn Tennis Association of Thailand; Mr. Pann Winitchakul of ASICS (Thailand); Ms. Wiyada Buranapakorn from CRC Sports Co., Ltd.; and "Tammy" Tamarine Tanasugarn, a former Thai national tennis player and organizer of the league.
Mr. Rojanasit Meenichsin expressed that 100 Plus, a carbonated beverage brand, is thrilled to support the league for the fifth consecutive year since its inception in 2022. The league features a mixed team format, attracting junior, senior, and veteran players, with a prize pool exceeding 500,000 baht. The event is scheduled from August 22-24 at the ALM X IMPACT Tennis and Sport Center in Muang Thong Thani, offering a range of exciting activities and special prizes for supporters.
Tammy, as the competition manager, expressed gratitude towards the sponsors, including 100 Plus, ASICS Thailand, and the Lawn Tennis Association of Thailand. She highlighted the increased participation this year, with 19 teams comprising 550 athletes, divided into three categories. Category A's champion will receive a prize of 100,000 baht, the highest for any tournament in Thailand.
The tournament draw was conducted by Mr. Rojanasit Meenichsin, with representatives from 100 Plus, CRC Sports, ASICS Thailand, and Suntory Wellness (Thailand) present. The draw results for the tournament groups are as follows:
- Category A: 4 teams (Glass House, RodFai Blue, UNLOSER A, RodFai Gold) competing in a round-robin format on August 24, 2026.
- Category B: 7 teams in 2 groups, competing on August 22, 2026.
- Category C: 8 teams in 2 groups, competing on August 23, 2026.
