Bangkok: The Criminal Court has sentenced Ms. Rattanaporn Suphathip, known as "Jae Babin," and Mr. Preecha Kraikruan, known as "Kru Preecha," to six months in prison without suspension for their involvement in the 30 million baht lottery fraud case.

According to Thai News Agency, the court proceedings took place today at 9:00 AM on Ratchadaphisek Road. Both defendants arrived at the court to hear the verdict in the high-profile case. They were charged with "jointly making false statements and giving false testimony," a case brought by the Public Prosecutor's Office, Criminal Division 6. Despite pleading not guilty and receiving bail from the court of first instance, the Criminal Court delivered a guilty verdict, sentencing them to six months of imprisonment without the opportunity for suspension.
