Prachinburi:"Singha Thai," a Thai football club, and "Hong Thai," a Thai sports club, have both been actively sending relief teams to Prachinburi for four consecutive days to aid flood victims.
According to Thai News Agency, Hong Thai Herbal Company Limited, led by founder Mr. Teerapong Rabuetham, dispatched teams from October 9-12, 2026, to distribute relief supplies in Bang Phluang and Bang Plara subdistricts in Ban Sang District. The efforts included delivering essential items directly to homes and the Nong Ngu Lueam Temple evacuation center.
Throughout this period, the Hong Thai disaster relief team delivered packages containing vital supplies to alleviate the hardship faced by residents due to high floodwaters. The delivery strategy ensured that aid reached both those who remained in their homes and those at evacuation centers.
Mr. Teerapong Rabuetham remarked on the challenging conditions observed, noting that some families had to remain on the second floors of their homes due to flooding on the ground level. He stressed the importance of getting aid directly to those who are unable to travel for assistance.
