Bangkok:Thai stocks closed sharply lower, dropping 32.29 points, in line with the global market downturn.

According to Thai News Agency, the Thai stock market concluded at 1,465.70 points today, a decrease of 32.29 points or 2.16%, with a trading volume of 79,435.65 million baht.

During today's trading, the index experienced a significant fall, further declining in the afternoon to a low of 1,461.08 points, while the highest point reached was 1,483.20 points. In terms of individual stock performance, 72 stocks increased, 417 decreased, and 159 remained unchanged.
