According to Thai News Agency, the event commemorates the benevolent contributions of General Prince Krom Phra Kamphaeng Phet Akkharayothin, revered as the 'Father of Modern Railways'. He played a crucial role in the development of the Thai railway system. The exhibition, 'Burachat Day 2026', is themed 'Continuing the Legacy: From Foundation to the Future' and showcases the life, abilities, and valuable royal duties of His Majesty.
The exhibition provides an opportunity for the public to experience the atmosphere and charm of Bangkok (Hua Lamphong) Station through historical narratives that connect the past with the present.
