Thai U-18 Women’s Volleyball Team Triumphs Over Vietnam to Win Princess Cup

Nakhon ratchasima: The Thai U-18 women's volleyball team showcased a commanding performance as they defeated Vietnam 3-0 to secure the championship title at the 23rd Princess Cup Es Cola Southeast Asian Youth Women's Volleyball Championship. The games were held in Nakhon Ratchasima, where Team Thailand remained undefeated throughout the tournament.

According to Thai News Agency, "Baitoei" Nattaya Tha-hae emerged as a key player in the final match, scoring 24 points, the highest for the Thai team, which led them to victory in the Royal Trophy. The team managed to finish the tournament without dropping a single set, demonstrating their dominance in the competition.

The triumph at the Princess Cup serves as a morale booster for the Thai team as they prepare for their next challenge. They are set to participate in the AFC U-18 Women's Volleyball Championship, scheduled from July 1-7 in Nakhon Ratchasima. The team aims to finish among the top four, which would secure their qualification for the U-19 World Championship in 2027.
