Bangkok: Exquisite! The national costume “Suwannaraksa, the Giant Guardian of Suvarnabhumi” has been unveiled for the Miss Universe 2025 pageant. Thailand has revealed its national costume, “Suwannaraksa, the Giant Guarding Suvarnabhumi,” which will be worn by Veena Pawina Singh during the national costume competition on November 19th.

According to Thai News Agency, the “Suwannaraksa, the Giant Guarding Suvarnabhumi” costume was tailored by Art Akarat Nemitsilp and draws inspiration from a legendary Thai giant known as a symbol of strength, honor, and protection for Thailand. The mythological giant is believed to preserve the roots of Thai culture and civilization.

Designed in a radiant gold color, the costume reflects Thai wisdom’s glory and abundance. Wearing this costume is akin to donning the armor of dignity and protection, symbolizing the powerful giant’s eternal guardianship over Thailand.
