The 13th ASEAN Para Games, featuring 19 sports, offers a total of 493 gold medals. The Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT), after consulting with all disability sports associations, estimates a total of 231 gold medals, down from the initial 233 due to the cancellation of two wheelchair tennis events because of insufficient participation from other nations.
