According to Thai News Agency, the Thai national archery team is nearing 100% readiness after intensive training at the Muak Lek National Sports Training Center in Saraburi Province. The team plans to send a total of 12 athletes to compete in the recurve archery event, consisting of 6 male and 6 female athletes. Key competitors include Hanruchai Netsiri, Pornchai Pimthong, Tosapol Prasert, Pataraporn Pattawaew, Thaphat Chatayotsakorn, and Nampech Poolphol.

The compound bow category features athletes such as Santi Wannathawi, Khomsan Singphirom, Theerasak Pienthanee, Pannipa Sarathongmaew, Wasana Koothaveesap, and Busarakorn Kaemkaew. "Ong" Hanruchai Netsiri, a veteran of the team, expressed confidence in their preparations, noting that consistent training and competition, both domestically and internationally, have left the athletes in peak physical condition.
