According to Thai News Agency, Thammasat University announced the names of those who received honorary pins and plaques in the categories of Outstanding Alumni, Outstanding Young Alumni, and those who have contributed to the university, on the occasion of the 92nd anniversary of the founding of Thammasat University on June 27, 2026. The announcement stated that throughout the years, many alumni have served society and the nation, and numerous individuals have supported the university's operations, thus deserving of these honorary awards.
Among the recipients of the outstanding alumni award were prominent figures from various fields, including Professor Yotsanun Wongsawat, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation; Mr. Paradorn Prisnanantakul, Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office; Ms. Kulaya Tantitemit, Director-General of the Revenue Department; and Mr. Pavarit Phutphong, a director of MCOT Public Company Limited, who also received an award as an outstanding alumnus of Thammasat University.
