In this case, the NACC filed the indictment itself and the Criminal Court for Corruption and Misconduct Cases Region 1 accepted the indictment. Currently, witnesses are being investigated. According to the law in criminal cases, once the court accepts the indictment, the person must stop performing his duties. However, the law does not specify who should be the one to report. Therefore, in practice, the NACC will coordinate with the relevant agencies to inform them that there has been an indictment and the court has accepted the case. As for cases where the duty has been suspended or the position has been terminated and the duty has been resumed, there is a decision of the Council of State from the discussion of the Ministry of Interior regarding the continuity of duty. If the duty is suspended and the position of local administrator is resumed, whether or not the duty can be performed is a matter for the Ministry of Interior to consider.
